OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Wellingborough
Contract Status: Permanent
Shift: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 8- 4pm
£24,500 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for an individual who has experience of working in customer service and/or operations administration. If you have a background and working knowledge of SAP this would be advantageous. Having excellent written and verbal skills aswell as Microsoft office knowledge and experience is essential
As you will be working with internal stakeholders and the external customer autonomously, you must have excellent interpersonal and resolution skills. This role will require for an individually to take the initiative and work autonomously the majority of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Providing high level administrative support to various internal teams to ensure detailed and accurate reporting is achieved, including billing customers
  • Creating daily and monthly KPI reports, highlighting trends to the relevant internal teams
  • Communicate directly with the customer ensuring accurate and timely repsonses are within CTDI guidelines and SLA’s
  • Liaise directly with drivers for the contract ensuring orders are accurate
  • Creating daily and monthly KPI reports, highlighting trends to the relevant internal teams
  • Creating and distributing daily open orders reports ensuring all internal teams are aware of upcoming orders
  • Working closely with the Operational Program Managers to ensure all reporting is up to date and accurate.
  • Support and understand the processes of the operations to cover where necessary
  • Assist with Customer Services administration taking ownership of processes
