REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction/ Engineering industry
  • Hands-on experience in AutoCAD an added advantage but not essential
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
Responsibilities
  • Preparation and submission of project documentations/ reports from commencement to completion of project (eg. Risk Assessment, requisitions, schedule, drawings, reports, etc).
  • Assist in planning for material, equipment and resource required according to project specifications and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control
  • Liaise & coordinate with building owner, tenant, LEW, consultant, subcon, etc on project matters
  • Supervises technicians/ workers
  • Prepare and submit project drawings according to specifications
  • Ensure proper filing of project documentations and reports
  • Prepare project activities and schedules report, etc
  • Provide administrative support to superior when necessaryAny other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company
