At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction/ Engineering industry
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD an added advantage but not essential
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Responsibilities
Preparation and submission of project documentations/ reports from commencement to completion of project (eg. Risk Assessment, requisitions, schedule, drawings, reports, etc).
Assist in planning for material, equipment and resource required according to project specifications and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control
Liaise & coordinate with building owner, tenant, LEW, consultant, subcon, etc on project matters
Supervises technicians/ workers
Prepare and submit project drawings according to specifications
Ensure proper filing of project documentations and reports
Prepare project activities and schedules report, etc
Provide administrative support to superior when necessaryAny other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company
