General Manager

  • Purpose of the Role:

The Operations Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations.
This position is responsible for managing daily operational processes, coordinating warehouse events and projects, and overseeing Purchase Order (PO) management within International Operations.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support overall operational excellence.

  • Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of all components of office management
  • Support on ad-hoc administrative operational tasks
  • Support in PO Management, working closely with Accounts and Facilities teams
  • Support leadership on critical initiatives including, but not limited to: engagement activities, peak/event planning, partner visits
  • Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
  • Previous experience in an Administrative or Office Management role
  • Good understanding and use of excel
  • Structured and logical approach to prioritisation and time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience working directly with Senior Leadership and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Key Stakeholders:
  • Operational Leaders
  • Site Leadership team
  • External suppliers
  • Finance
