ABOUT US

The ETM Group is a fast-growing family run company based in South Bristol, specialising in Highways Maintenance, cabling, traffic management and waste management.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our operations team. This key role ensures the smooth delivery of term contract works through administration, scheduling, and close coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Daily Administration: Update spreadsheets with job data, timesheets, materials purchased, and TM costs; maintain delivery notes and paperwork.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Monitor completed jobs, schedule new jobs in Confirm, liaise with BCC/internal managers, coordinate gangs and materials, and manage TM requirements.
  • Emergency Response: Handle urgent jobs, organise gangs within 2-hour response times, reschedule permanent works, and ensure temporary materials are available.
  • Reporting & Valuations: Complete weekly and monthly valuations, produce management/BCC reports, investigate queries, and issue invoices.
  • Team Support: Attend daily operations meetings, manage cover for leave/sickness, and assist with daily gang paperwork.
