Description

Under direction from the General Manager, the Operations Administrator is responsible primarily for the day-to-day operational administration of location or branch involving client reception, logistics, scheduling, purchasing, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders,
  • Verify/Entering of Vendor invoice
  • Complete various month-end and year-end functions
  • Provide branch customer service by answering customer calls and resolving vendor issues
  • Process credit cards and vendor credit card payments
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management

Knowledge, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • 2-3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word and Excel
