  • This position supports our Offsites Department.

Highlights of what our Operations Administrator will do:

  • Prepare and follow-up on proposals for additional/extra work
  • Manage and maintain Extra Work/Change Order logs to ensure that each is submitted and billed appropriately and timely.
  • Manage and maintain monthly billing submittals and corresponding logs.
  • Responsible for reviewing and submitting all billing to Accounts Receivables.
  • Run all weekly and monthly operations reports.
  • Maintain monthly projections and forecasts.
  • Create and submit expense reports for Operations Team

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary will include, but not limited to:

  • Bilingual Spanish is required
  • Must be computer and tech savvy with experience in Microsoft Office
  • Payroll and Sage/Timberline experience is highly preferred
  • Must be detailed-oriented and highly organized
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; and monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a very fast-paced environment.
