Responsibilities
  • Oversee and correct if required timesheet information and payroll data – accurate, daily, on point.
  • Keep the invoicing and job cost and management machine humming for Waikato.
  • Provide top-notch admin support across projects and shutdowns.
  • Chase relevant job info, record plant use, and liaise with clients for approvals and PO’s.
  • Assist with job costing, credit applications, and more.
  • Be our first point of contact for staff on and off-site and help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
  • Coordinate booking of training and work site specific inductions.
