Job Description Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations. You’ll manage production orders, liaise with suppliers, support planning and scheduling, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Your work will directly contribute to meeting customer demand and maintaining high standards of product quality and supply. Key Responsibilities: Manage production orders from creation to completion Purchase materials and forecast key components Respond to customer service queries and provide product ETAs Maintain workload overview and prioritize manufacturing demand Approve invoices and resolve supply issues Support planning and scheduling processes Maintain and create Bills of Materials and route timings Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams Qualifications Strong MS Office skills (Excel expertise essential) Experience in manufacturing and production planning Understanding of supply chain principles Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability A sense of humour and a team-first attitude Additional Information Why Join Us?
