The Opportunity
The Operations Administrator supports the Wolf Midstream Conklin office and reports directly to the Supervisor, Operations - Wolf Pipeline. The Operations Administrator will work closely with both field and office staff, supporting daily operations and acting as a key point of contact. This position will assist with ongoing operations including supporting the Management of Change processes, health, safety, and training reporting. This Administrator will also manage all aspects of services for the Conklin office including coordination of building services.
This position is located in Conklin, AB – 350km north of Edmonton. This position could be camp-based or daily commute depending on the location of the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities

EDUCATION:

  • Completion of a High School Diploma
  • Related post-secondary education would be considered an asset

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; preference will be given to those with intermediate level experience or higher
  • Experience with SharePoint is considered an asset

  • Presents themselves professionally and takes pride in exceptional customer service
  • Efficient, results oriented, and seeks ways to contribute in a meaningful way
  • A self-starter who works collaboratively with team members
