Operations Administrator/Operative Application Deadline: 3 December 2025 Department: Operations Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Dunmurry Description We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at our Dunmurry site. Our operations span two Northern Ireland locations, with facilities in Dunmurry and Newtownards. The Dunmurry site serves as a key stockholding hub, where we manage the selection, packaging, and dispatch of products to our valued clients. This is a hybrid role, combining hands-on warehouse work with office-based tasks. On the warehouse side, you’ll operate a Forklift Truck to put away or prepare materials for dispatch, while ensuring the facility is maintained to 6S standards. On the office side, you’ll support operations and dispatch administration, so confidence with computer systems is essential. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and prior warehouse or Operations Admin experience. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the site and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our operations. This role is 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday working the below shifts: Mon-Thurs - 8:30am-5:00pm Fri -8am-3:30pm Key Responsibilities Work closely with Warehouse Operatives and the Supervisor to maintain efficient picking, packing, and delivery processes. Assist with deliveries and handle transport queries, ensuring timely resolution. Carry out operations and despatch administration, including updating transport records, managing driver documentation, processing orders, and maintaining accurate stock and shipment records in computer systems. Support goods in and out processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Liaise with internal departments to ensure all operational and administrative processes are followed correctly. Maintain general housekeeping standards within the warehouse to promote a safe and efficient working environment. Identify and support cost reduction initiatives within operations and administration processes. Occasionally attend other tkMUK sites for meetings, training, or cross-site operational support. Provide general support to the Operations Manager, Warehouse Operatives, Supervisor, and Admin team, bridging both warehouse and office functions. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise We are looking for someone with either Warehouse OR Operations Admin experience. You must be comfortable with this role being a mix of working in the Warehouse and working in the office and must be comfortable using systems and computers.
