This role requires interaction with many people within and external to UCL, and thus a professional and collegial attitude are required.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of providing effective PA support in a complex organisation, including the effective management of a diary.

The Operations Administrator/PA to Head of School sits within the School’s professional services team, and plays a key role in facilitating the smooth running of the School in general. The post is a first point of contact for departmental staff, students and visitors, and provides support for the general operations of the school.
The role holder will also support the Head of School in managing their diary, triaging emails and sending communications on their behalf.
This role will be predominantly office-based.
Interviews will likely be held the week commencing 08 September 2025.
