Responsibilities:
- Project accruals, assisting in preparing financial reports by ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for
- Purchase Orders, coding and receipting of Invoices / Dockets
- Maintaining files and records, online ordering
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, budgets and expenditures
- Work closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the ‘Procure to Pay’ process runs effectively
- Data entry, administration and support to Project Managers and Engineers where require
