JOB OVERVIEW

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing and innovative wealth management firm.
Precedence Private Wealth serves clients throughout Canada in all areas of wealth management, full financial planning including insurance, debt planning, tax advisory and tax filing.
This is an opportunity to assist and work closely with the owner of the company with operational duties and special projects. There will be little to no direct client interaction. Communication would be geared towards employees and business associates.
The location of the candidate is in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Candidates outside of Saskatoon will not be considered at this time. The role is primarily in office.

  • The candidate will have vast experience with technology and be proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, DocuSign and the ability to adapt easily to different technology and software solutions.
  • Strong organization and management skills are a requirement as this candidate will support multiple projects and tasks concurrently. This candidate will have the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure with tight or unexpected deadlines

EXPERIENCE

  • 3- 5 years of administration experience
  • Proficiency with of excel, word, Adobe, DocuSign and be adaptable to new software
  • Knowledge of payroll duties, workers compensation, CPP, group benefits
