ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Office Administrator, you will be at the heart of the office operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients, maintaining and updating internal systems, controlling essential documentation, and processing invoices efficiently. Your role is key to maintaining the workflow and operational excellence within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Regularly update and maintain internal systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Manage and organise office documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Handle the processing of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments and record-keeping.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including data entry, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
