CONTRACT - FIXED TERM (6 MONTHS)

As an Operations Administrator, you’ll be directly involved in supporting the firm’s operations teams with a key project.
We will provide you with opportunities to learn a lot about how our firm operates and make a significant impact during your time with us.
This role would suit someone with some industry experience who wants to move away from the day to day business as usual and work in a role with a more defined focus and outcomes.
For those without industry experience, you will need to be a quick learner who is confident working with new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Create, maintain and amend client records to ensure these reconcile against our external custodians, accurately recording progress against a change plan as part of an ongoing wider firm project.
  • Update internal records to reflect work in progress, and provide weekly updates to senior management.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of all systems.
  • Develop your knowledge and personal skills within Investment Operations.
  • Carry out any other duties as requested by Departmental or Senior Management to support the department or firm.
