JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our operations in the clothing industry. The successful candidate will assist with warehouse coordination, inventory management, and logistics administration, ensuring accurate data handling and efficient workflow across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:


    1. Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, promptly flagging discrepancies.


      1. Support warehouse operations and liaise with logistics partners on shipments.


        1. Update and manage inventory and warehouse management systems.


          1. Produce weekly Excel-based ops reports on stock, fulfilment, COGS.


            1. Process and track purchase orders, lead times & deliveries.


              1. Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks and process improvements.

              Essential Skills & Experience:

              • Previous experience in operations, administration, or supply chain support (preferably in clothing, retail, or e-commerce).
              • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, lookups, reporting dashboards.
              • Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems.
              • Understanding of logistics and distribution processes.
              • Excellent organisational and numeracy skills with attention to detail.
              • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
              • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

              Desirable Skills:

              • Experience with ERP / inventory platforms.
