Description Summary The Operations Administrator is responsible for managing the production team workflow, prioritization, quality signoffs, and mail services. Duties/Responsibilities Manage the production inbox and facilitate the flow of work priorities. SFX’s customer service representative to MPX. Manage changes and expedites on jobs in production. Organize incoming work for printers and inserters. Quality signoffs mail pieces before and after insertion. Enter and update IT tickets and machine maintenance tickets. Maintain records and shred potentially sensitive mail. Manage warehouse requests, NOIs and releases. Requesting courier services for specific pickups and deliveries. Prepare mail for daily pickups. Manage dropouts/reprints process. Requirements Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Experienced in color printing and/or mail inserting equipment (preferred) Safety conscious with ability to perform job functions in a safe manner Highly organized, with strong attention to detail Confident with computers and technology Able to manage large workload in a fast-paced environment Knowledgeable in basic math, fractions, and percentages Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors; visually, orally, and in writing Self-directed, continually looking for ways to improve work, eager to learn and grow A team player with ability to coordinate others Physical Requirements Able to lift 10-20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally Able to stand 10-12 hours Able to bend, push, and pull carts
