Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF JOB ROLE

Performing various administrative duties such as booking transport (collection and delivery), filing paperwork, recording information and processing RMA. Communicating directly with other Fulfilment centres and customers as instructed by the Operation Manager. Monitoring customer stock requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (THIS IS NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST)

  • Provides administrative assistance to the operations department through independent handling of correspondence, documents, planning and scheduling
  • Ensure all customer order sheets are up to date; new orders, shipping dates, delivery dates and PO numbers
  • Formats & prepares documentation, correspondence, memos and information for internal and external communication in the form of memos, emails, presentations and/or reports
  • Maintaining the Sales inbox and distributing mails and information accordingly and in a timely manner to the operations department
  • Assist with the processing and maintenance of customer billing information
  • Creating the sales on the internal system, and mirroring the planning sheet
  • Organising internal sales drive on a daily basis, with electronic filing of all documentation
  • Constantly reviewing the lead times by referencing to the planning sheet and ensuring the team are aware of any potential upcoming issues
