Description

Shred Station are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and flexible individual to join our expanding Operations team. This role will be working within our busy transport office, primarily helping with the administration of driver paperwork and managing email traffic into our operations inbox. To also include working across all areas of the operation covering routing, booking work in, liaising with other operational staff, updating internal systems and taking calls.
This position will be based out of our London Operations site in Harlow. Requirements/Key Responsibilities of the role are as outlined below:

Responsibilities
  • Daily Routing/Routes optimisation
  • Driver communication/phone calls, etc
  • Daily communication/link between Head office & Harlow depot
  • Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
  • Planning of large contract roll-outs
