Description
As our Operations Administrator in Peru, you will be on charge of providing effective, proactive and professional administrative and support for different operational requirements from different processes and departments in Peru, giving assistance on administration, purchasing, events and travel planning. Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role will contribute to the efficiency of the business by managing the flow of information in a timely and accurate manner. Main Responsibilities: Administrative Support. Give administrative support and maintain records required by Senior Managers. Coordinate purchases with local suppliers for employee resources (IT equipment, uniforms, events, vehicles, etc). Ensure updated inventories of purchased resources in coordination with related areas. Administration of the office in Lima and any other required working spaces in Peru. Coordination, communication, and payment scheduling with suppliers, brokers, and other parties involved in the procurement of resources. Support to Production Employees Be a liaison with production employees on advisory for administrative matters, including facing language barriers. Travel arrangements Assist with travel arrangements (flights, car hire and accommodation bookings) for visits to Peru. Ensure that everything is well planned and organised and all bookings communicated timeously. Ensure that all travel plans must be logistically efficient and cost effective Generate agreements with hotels, agencies or others, and manage group bookings. Event organisation Assist with functions or events planning, coordination and execution in a way that enhance the reputation of the business and the relationships with the participants in the event. Manage the cost of functions and/or events are within budget or within an agreed variance from the budget. Requirements What you will bring Bachelor in Business Administration field or proven experience. Minimum 3 years of executive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in administration, events planning, executive assistant. Spanish speaker and advanced English level. Technical skills: Excellent computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication Calendar management tools or project management tools desired. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Behavioural:​ Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills. Building and maintaining good interpersonal relationships. Detail and results orientated. Ability to act with tact, discretion and confidentiality. Ability to approach tasks in an efficient, logical and adaptable manner. Benefits Why to join us?
