The Opportunity Ventia is hiring an Operations Administrator to support the Operations Team in delivering key client outcomes under the AGFMA contract, with a primary focus on supporting the APY Lands Operations Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day operations by supporting a range of financial, administrative and reporting processes, including work order management, subcontractor invoicing, contractor support and data validation. The Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) delivers facilities management services to over 5,000 government-owned sites across 48 agencies in South Australia. Ventia partners with local small to medium businesses to deliver these services to the community 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Port Lincoln. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage dispatched work orders, liaising with subcontractors to ensure timely close-out and resolution of queries. Support the Operations team with subcontractor invoicing, contractor assistance, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Utilise systems such as SAP and Panorama to track KPIs, generate reports, and ensure compliance with client standards. Assist in developing and maintaining procedures, checklists, and work instructions, including support for the APY Lands contractor. Promote a strong safety culture by upholding Ventia’s SHEQ standards and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. About You Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Administration are desirable but not essential. Experience in financial administration and maintaining accurate records in computerised systems. Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to learn systems like SAP and Panorama. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with diverse stakeholders. Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
