Description

To continue our rapid growth and expansion, we would like to add another member to our team, someone who will be well organised and a methodical individual who has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
As a Operations Administrator, you will be required to work closely with your team of field engineers. Delivering industry leading customer service and ensuring an efficient and productive work force.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Receive hire enquiries, quote the customer and set up the hire contract.
  • Liaise with external hire providers where necessary to fulfil customer’s orders.
  • Organise transport for the Hire, Sales and Service Departments.
  • Manage the web shop, order stock for customers, and monitor the pricing.
  • Make bookings for servicing, repair and MOTs of for the engineers vans.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in machinery hire, and transport planning.
Knowledge of material handling equipment operation highly desirable although we are prepared to offer training to the right candidate.
Due to the fast-paced nature of this role, you will often be working to strict timescales and deadlines; because of this, you will need to possess excellent self-organisational skills and be proficient in all forms of communication.
In your prior experience, Westexe Forklifts will be looking for you to demonstrate Resource planning and management, Commercial profit and loss understanding, and general customer interaction. The ability to deliver results individually and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
