We’re looking for a Senior Operations Advisor, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will support leadership in creating a framework for evaluating our Health Plan's operational performance against set targets. The position oversees technical projects, possesses extensive knowledge of the organization's operational and financial aspects, and collaborates across functions to address business needs. It includes identifying operational efficiencies, taking action for improvement, and generating insights through various data analysis techniques. The role emphasizes effective communication of findings and understanding the strengths and risks associated with different analytical approaches.   Think you’ve got what it takes?   Job Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and analyze reports identifying differences between current actual results, prior period performance and performance against established benchmarks.   Provide business insights to key stakeholders based on analysis above and assist with the reporting and communications of such insights with leadership.   Review and prepare analysis with accuracy and data integrity across multiple data sources   Develop reports and monitoring mechanisms and helps to transition reporting to operational leaders.   Provide recommendations on how EPIC and other reporting tools can be improved or modified to drive process efficiencies and improvements. Prepare analysis to understand Plan-wide operational implications of new business decisions/ideas   Identify ways to drive improvement in financial performance based on financial analysis performed; communicates such findings effectively to Financial and Operational leadership.   Perform special projects as assigned by leadership   Assist in the analysis and interpretation of data used in making decisions throughout our system.   Attend and run meetings to maintain TCHP governance of operational process and data changes as requested by management.   Provide training and education to leadership and staff on the overall processes at TCHP. Skills & Requirements Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Etc.)
