Work location: Hybrid (Office in Westmount, Quebec, 8-minute walk from Vendôme Metro)

We’re currently seeking an Operations Analyst to join our close-knit and energetic team, focused on enhancing and expanding our rapidly growing business.

REQUIREMENTS:

· You hold an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
· You have 1-2 years of experience with Data Analysis/Finance/Accounting.
· You are a Microsoft Excel wizard.
· Strong analytical skills, great attention to details and good organizational skills.
· Power BI knowledge.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and have good problem-solving skills
· Good team player and excellent communication skills
· Quick learner

Responsibilities:

· Sales & Operational Analysis: Analyzing trends and outcomes related to sales, operations, target customer segments, products, and providing sales support and assistance in key strategic initiatives
· Reporting & Dashboards: Generating regular and ad-hoc reports & dashboards to communicate key sales and operational metrics to stakeholders. This includes preparing ad-hoc analysis and presentations to support decision-making at various levels of the organization
· Inventory Reconciliation: Conducting inventory reconciliation to ensure distribution records are both up-to-date and accurate, thereby facilitating efficient inventory management processes
· Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with sales, marketing, customer relations, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies. This includes participating in cross-functional meetings and projects to drive business objectives
· CRM System Administration: Administrating our CRM system which includes data quality management, entering and verifying data, creation and management of CRM export and import processes to support team requirements.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline operational processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy.
· Accounting Support: Assist in general accounting operations, including financial tracking and reporting.
