Senior Corporate Actions Manager (Bank Clerk/Bank Clerk) (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • They monitor the dates of various capital measures across different asset classes and ensure the proper execution of the associated booking and processing procedures for proprietary and customer portfolios.
  • Your responsibilities include regulating corporate actions and carrying out the resulting cash and securities movements.
  • Furthermore, you will maintain and optimize technical tools and interfaces, such as data feeds and reports, thus contributing to the continuous development of the processes.
  • They create meaningful analyses and reports, continuously develop them further, and use tools such as Excel, databases or BI tools for this purpose.
  • You reliably ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements as part of your daily work.

Your profile

  • They have completed commercial training in banking, a successfully completed degree or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in handling corporate actions – preferably in a technically oriented environment.
  • You possess a strong affinity for digital processes, data analysis, and automation topics.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a given for you. Knowledge of databases, SQL, or reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.
  • They impress with their analytical thinking skills, a high affinity for numbers, and a structured and meticulous way of working.
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
