Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements across multiple programs.
  • Create training materials, strategic workflows, and lead metrics/reporting initiatives.
  • Conduct second-level reviews and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage rebate and incentive application processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Resolve disputed rebate claims and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Coordinate updates to program specifications, forms, and quality control procedures.
  • Provide customer support via phone, internet, and correspondence, maintaining incentive databases.
  • Advise customers on program participation, incentives, and policy interpretation.
