SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with Operational Support experience, who has ideally previously worked in an MSP environment.

Technical requirements include:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Operational Support Roles
  • Strong people and customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Systems including, O365, Azure, Windows Server
  • Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Backups (Veeam, Azure, ShadowProtect)
  • Antivirus / MDR (SentinelOne, ESET, Cisco Umbrella)
  • TCP/IP Networking (LANs, WANs)
Responsibilities

The role of the Operations Analyst is to ensure CodeBlue is best placed to increase productivity and enhance profitability by ensuring the performance, availability and stability of its internal IT systems and applications. The Operations Analyst performs monitoring of alerts and backups, remote monitoring, and management of CodeBlue and CodeBlue Customer environments as per SLA’s and provides level 1 triage to issues and service requests.
