Description About the Role We’re seeking a motivated Operations Analyst who enjoys creating clarity, improving processes, and supporting a culture of operational excellence. This role centers on documenting manufacturing processes within our ERP system and collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency while being guided by a manufacturing engineer. What You’ll Do Develop, update, and maintain detailed manufacturing process documentation within the ERP system Partner with engineering, production, quality, and production scheduling teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy Apply lean manufacturing concepts to support process improvements and waste reduction Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline operations Support manufacturing engineering initiatives through data collection, reporting, and troubleshooting Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements Assist in training team members on new or updated processes Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision Willing to dig in and find solutions when challenges arise Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or a related technical field 2-year degree in business or technical field or 4 years of manufacturing experience Exposure to lean manufacturing principles (5S, standard work, continuous improvement, etc.) Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting) Familiarity with ERP systems and process documentation Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement What We Value Passion for Excellence: You take pride in doing things well and continuously improving.
