Description
About the role Imagine this. You step into the heart of flight operations where every mission, every maneuver, and every data point shapes the evolution of our autonomous flight systems. As an Operations Analyst at Destinus, you transform raw flight test data into insight, clarity, and action. You analyze mission parameters, reconstruct events, and help elevate the performance and reliability of our UAV platforms. Whether you're reviewing real flights or simulating complex flight physics, your work becomes essential to how we learn, iterate, and push boundaries. At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness. Destinus partners with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority. Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations. What You´ll Do Reviewing flight test data and mission parameters with precision and analytical rigor. Reconstructing missions to understand system behavior, performance trends, and deviations. Simulating flight physics to support mission planning, risk evaluation, and post flight assessments. Collaborating with flight analysts and operators to refine procedures and improve mission effectiveness. Working with engineering teams to validate performance and identify areas for improvement. Supporting operational planning and contributing to the continuous enhancement of flight operations. Providing clear, actionable insights that directly influence decision making and future mission strategies. What You’ll Need A background of 5 to 10 years in flight operations, aircraft performance, mission analysis, or a strong 1 to 2 year track record in highly relevant UAV operations or flight physics. Experience reviewing flight logs, telemetry, and complex mission data. Strong understanding of aircraft performance, aerodynamics, and operational constraints. Hands on exposure to flight simulation, mission reconstruction, or operational modeling. Familiarity with UAV or drone operation is highly valuable. Ability to collaborate effectively with pilots, engineers, and operators in fast paced environments. Clear communication skills to deliver insights that support rapid and informed decisions. Who You Are You are energized by real world flight challenges and love diving into mission data to understand exactly what happened and why. You are analytical, structured, and able to translate complex dynamics into meaningful conclusions. You thrive in fast-paced environments where every mission teaches something new. You enjoy working with operators, pilots, and engineers, and you take ownership of the quality and clarity of your analysis. You love aircraft, you love data, and you love the moment when everything finally makes sense. Why Join Us? ✨ The Thrill of the Future – Work on cutting-edge projects that redefine aerospace. ✨ Global Innovation Hub – Collaborate with top engineers from all over the world. ✨ Fast-Paced & High-Growth – Experience the rush of working in a rapidly expanding company. ✨ Real Impact – Your work won’t be theoretical—it will shape the future of flight. Destinus is an equal-opportunity employer. We value diversity in our companies and our teams and do not discriminate based on age, race, religion, color, country of origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability status. 🚀 Destinus – Challenge the limits of time, space, and human potential.
