Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As operations become increasingly data-driven, the ability to convert operational data into actionable insights is critical to performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting this transformation by providing timely, accurate, and value-adding analysis across day-to-day operational activities.
This position is responsible for extracting and interpreting data from various business systems to support decision-making across maintenance, operations, and service delivery teams. The analyst will work closely with frontline and support functions to monitor KPIs, identify variances, and improve reporting workflows, ultimately contributing to safer, more cost-effective, and reliable outcomes for the business and its customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and maintain regular operational and performance reports aligned with business requirements.
  • Support planning, execution, and review of operational activities through timely insights.
  • Monitor performance indicators, identify deviations, and assist with corrective action planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in current workflows.
  • Automate routine reporting tasks where feasible to improve timeliness and reduce errors.Maintain relevant documentation and dashboards for transparency and accessibility.
