The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of trading bridges and platforms to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage relationships with liquidity providers, monitor pricing feeds, and optimise liquidity pools for efficiency.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Conduct trade investigations to resolve disputes, reconcile discrepancies, and provide technical support to B2B clients on platform and execution-related matters.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as required.
• Support the Head of Operations with ongoing tasks and projects.
