Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Operations Analyst is responsible for reviewing control framework, conducting risk assessments, identifying process gaps, and providing support to function owners for planning and implementing control enhancement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Conduct risk assessments and identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to the development of new strategies and improve processes and workflows.
  • Implementing strategies that foster and maintain a culture and environment where processes, risks and controls are monitored, and potential risks are escalated in a timely manner.
  • Supporting weekly control meetings with each Functional Head.
  • Partnering with other teams to ensure global consistency and perform independent spot checks.
