Description
Assisting clients with all trade confirmation related issues Close liaison with internal businesses and stakeholders. Ensuring all issues and breaks are raised and resolved appropriately, in a timely and risk-conscious manner. Produce timely accurate reporting statements to ensure appropriate oversight of client accounts. Assist with process improvement. Understand impact of applicable regulations on the business area and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. Assist with client onboarding. Experience of working in a legal/financial service organisation preferable. Proven track record in delivering results in a challenging and changing environment. Excellent communication skills Ability to interpret data Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Then apply to discover the true extent of your capabilities.
Responsibilities
The Operations Analyst will assist clients with trade confirmation issues and ensure timely resolution of issues and breaks. They will also produce accurate reporting statements and assist with process improvement.
