We're looking for a European Operations Analyst to join our team and report to the EU Operations Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring our multi-market (DACH, Nordics, Benelux, etc.) operations function as one cohesive, efficient unit. Your core purpose is to create clarity, unlock capacity, and reduce duplication by translating complex, cross-market activities into simple, repeatable, and scalable processes. You'll act as an internal Business Analyst, focused on process mapping, continuous improvement, and project coordination. Key Responsibility Impact: Process Design & Documentation: Map, document, and maintain core EU operations processes, defining clear roles with Finance, People, and local market teams. Continuous Improvement: Analyse existing workflows, identify pain points, and implement enhancements that deliver measurable gains in quality and speed. Project & Initiative Support: Provide structure, tracking, and coordination for regional projects, ensuring clear ownership and timelines. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with regional leads to facilitate alignment and ensure shared tools are fit for purpose. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in an analytical or process-focused role. Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Operations/Process Improvement role. Strong analytical skills with a focus on documenting and streamlining complex workflows.
