• Oversee all Operational Excellence (OE) and Process Analytics activities across Commercial Operations (CO)
• Supervise a virtual team of OE Navigators to maintain & further develop the level of OE Maturity across the function
• Responsible for driving a culture of Continuous Improvement across CO
• Devise and deliver the Process Analytics strategy for the CO Digital Transformation (e.g. coordination of Celonis Process Mining activities, delivery of Power BI monitoring activities)
• Deliver, maintain and improve the digital Closed-Loop Management System (CLMS) of CO
• Support the shaping of the Data Strategy for CCO
• In charge of cross-CO improvement projects & digital use cases, as required
