Finance * Support cost efficiency by analysing operational expenses and identifying savings opportunities  * Assist in tracking budget utilization and highlighting variances  * Contribute to financial reporting through accurate operational data analysis.   Customer            * Support improvement of service quality by analysing customer-related operational data. * Identify issues impacting customer satisfaction and report findings. * Assist in ensuring operational processes meet customer expectations.   Internal Process * Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Monitor KPIs and highlight performance deviations. * Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or reporting tools. * Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. * Assist in planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.   People * Work closely with operations teams to support smooth workflow execution. * Assist in communication of performance insights and reporting findings. * Support collaboration between departments to improve operational efficiency.   Qualification, Experience & Skills: * High school qualification with strong relevant experience in operations, reporting, or data analysis. * Emirati National ONLY. * 1–3 years of experience in operations, reporting, or data analysis role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.). * Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Good communication and reporting skills.   KEY RESULT AREAS * Accuracy and timely delivery of operational reports and dashboards * Effective monitoring and reporting of KPIs and performance trends * Contribution to cost reduction and process optimization * Quality and reliability of data analysis and insights
