Responsibilities

As an Operations Analyst, you will serve as the linchpin between strategy and execution. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, you will help streamline processes, increase efficiency and optimize the performance of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of our operations team, primarily we need to ensure bills are set up and managed efficiently
  • Work with key stakeholders and suppliers to improve bill setup timeframes
  • Work across departments and operations team within the company to improve efficiency
  • Develop and implement processes to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Analyse operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and measure success
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in operations management

NB: This is an in-office role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
