Job Description YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY: As an Analyst in the Marketplace Experience team you’ll be responsible for delivering a 5-star experience to all the actors of our marketplace (customers, riders, vendors), while finding opportunities to be more efficient when delivering it. You’ll need to connect the dots, understand the root-causes of our problems, and propose solutions to improve the pain points we face within our marketplace support flows. We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, lots of gas, creativity to think out of the box and passion for the work you will develop. BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL: Analyze data obsessively to identify trends and build successful implementation strategies for our support operations. You’ll look into customer satisfaction, productivity, cost per contact, retention from support experiences, and other metrics that drive our business forward. Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses. Monitor and track the metrics on a daily basis and together with the Head Service Delivery come up with plans to address deviations. You will combine advanced analytical data insights with business understanding and market knowledge. Work very close with our Service Delivery local teams, to ensure the best in class support operations in the region. Use your data visualization skills, in order to support delivered messages in the most efficient way Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact thinking out of the box! Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. 3+ years experience in a data analytics role. Experience in Operations, tech, or marketplace-related businesses is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL and Excel are a must; Python is a plus. Knowledge of visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker and/or PowerBI Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese or Spanish are a plus, but not required).
