About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst III to support the Naval Operational Architecture (NOA) development. This critical role, based in the National Capital Region, will directly contribute to NOA’s strategic success by serving as a key communicator and advisor to senior Navy and Joint leadership.
The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise, senior-level experience, and a thorough understanding of U.S. Navy programs and associated capabilities; the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process; and the DoD acquisition process. You’ll be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and recommending innovative solutions to address complex organizational challenges.
