About Jeeny: Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. About the Role: We’re looking for an analytically sharp, business-minded Operations Analyst who is obsessed with impact and ROI, not just dashboards. You’ll work closely with Operations, Product, and Growth teams to turn data into decisions, solve real business problems, and drive measurable outcomes. This is a great role for someone early in their analytics career who has strong thinking skills and wants to grow their SQL/Excel muscles on the job. Responsibilities: Own business problems end-to-end: from defining the problem → analyzing data → recommending actions → tracking impact Build simple analyses using SQL and Excel (beginner level is okay – learning mindset is key) Translate messy business questions into structured analytical problems Measure ROI and impact of initiatives (campaigns, features, operational changes, etc.) Work closely with stakeholders (BI, Product, Growth, CX, Tech) Proactively identify opportunities to, improve efficiency, reduce cost & increase growth or quality Turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations (not just numbers) Bachelor's or master's degree in analytics, marketing or any other related field.
