THE ROLE

This is a get-things-done role. You’ll be at the centre of our operation — solving problems, tightening processes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll dig into the numbers, improve workflows, and keep projects moving forward without being told twice.
You’ll work closely with our Operations Lead, Founders, and Customer Success team to make sure the whole machine runs smoothly as we scale — and you won’t be afraid to jump in wherever you’re needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Take ownership of operational problems and get them solved — fast
• Analyse data and reports to spot inefficiencies, risks, or opportunities
• Keep our reporting dashboards accurate, up-to-date, and actionable
• Support client onboarding and integrations so everything works first time
• Help enforce compliance requirements and streamline related processes
• Work across teams to make sure projects are delivered on time and to spec
• Constantly look for ways to do things better, cheaper, and faster
