ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent analytical skills are required.
• Strong financial, business analysis, and cost control skills are needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
• Must have the ability to influence with and without authority.
• Decision quality, problem-solving, process management, and project management skills.
• Strong strategic ability and multi-tasking skills.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

The Operations Analyst is the “Finance Business Partner” for the Northern Alberta Market. The role is responsible for coordinating and preparing accurate monthly reports, forecasts, progress performance plan, budgets, capital and other financial information. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and works to improve understanding of key business drivers and maximize results within the market.
