REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years in operations, supply chain, accounting, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills (2+ years full-time use)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking

THE ROLE

We’re hiring two Operations Analysts to join our growing team. These are hands-on roles designed for professionals who want to contribute meaningfully from day one. Depending on your background and interests, you’ll specialize in one of two areas:

• Accounting-Focused Analyst: Responsible for billing, reconciliation, financial reporting, and margin analysis.
• Supply Chain-Focused Analyst: Responsible for inventory planning, order flow, supplier coordination, and logistics optimization.

You’ll report directly to the COO and work closely with both the CEO and President. You’ll be exposed to every layer of the business—from product development to retail execution—and expected to take ownership of your domain.
This is a role with real growth potential. While we can’t promise promotions for everyone, we do promise that strong performers will gain increasing responsibility, visibility, and influence as the company scales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on your specialization, you may:

• Manage the full order lifecycle—from intake to fulfillment to billing
• Handle financial billing, reporting, and reconciliation across departments
• Support the finance team with margin analysis and cost tracking
• Use NetSuite ERP to track and analyze 2,000+ SKUs weekly
• Forecast inventory needs and identify potential risks
• Coordinate inbound shipments and optimize supply chain efficiency
• Create reports on inventory performance and propose solutions
• Respond to internal inventory-related inquiries
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve lead time and logistics challenges
• Manage CRM portal and respond to customer inquiries
