Responsibilities

As our new Operations Analyst, you’ll lead and coordinate the delivery of business-led changes across our suite of BAU customer communications. This role ensures all communication updates and changes are implemented accurately and in a timely manner, are compliant with regulatory obligations and align with business objectives. Your day-to-day will include (but will not be limited to) the following:

  • Working with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, capture requirements and define the scope of planned work
  • Conducting UAT and PVT on all communication assets to ensure it meets all requirements and validation checks
  • Undertaking exception management activities through the daily monitoring and reconciliation of communications and reports
  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing business process documentation to support consistency, efficiency, and continuity across the Marketing Operations function
  • Support strong governance and operational effectiveness by driving process improvements, managing vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with agreed frameworks
  • Building relationships across the business to ensure seamless delivery of communication initiatives.
