Description
Provide functional support to SMA equity portfolio managers and portfolio administrators for Eaton Vance's portfolios and management systems. Responsible for ensuring daily activities, including client transactions, account maintenance, portfolio data reconciliation, and portfolio implementations are completed in a timely and efficient manner Work with external partners across SMA sponsors on all client inquiries that impact workflows and investment process Facilitate the accurate and timely delivery of critical business information between all necessary parties Provide daily review of SMA equity portfolios to ensure accuracy Acts as Business Owner of investment related data, cash activity reports, and daily account processing Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience Operations and/or related experience Working knowledge of the financial services industry, investment products, and services Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Strong problem solving skills and ability to work with others implementing solutions Strong attention to detail with positive, enthusiastic attitude Knowledge of Invest Cloud APL a plus Knowledge of CTM a plus Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $60,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
