JOB DESCRIPTION
The Toronto Treasury Investigations team handles a variety of post-transactional payment investigations and manual payment processing on Global Investigation network. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for handling investigations from initiation to resolution with strong integration with the Servicing team providing expertise and guidance in support of client or bank requests. Ad-hoc requests for information are also handled by the team. The team covers operating hours from 8am to 5pm EST, however, shift hours are subject to change as business needs arise to ensure sufficient coverage for functions. Some weekend work may be required for user acceptance testing or production check out requirements. The Operations Analyst will report to the Department Manager.
