We're reimagining what school can be: rigorous, flexible, and built around each student's potential. Behind every great student experience is a great team, and behind every great team is sharp operational thinking. That's where you come in. If you love turning messy data into clear decisions, building systems that scale, and partnering with people leaders to drive performance, this is for you. The Role Analyse workforce data across hiring, retention, performance, and capacity to surface insights that shape strategy Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that help leaders make faster, better people decisions Streamline and document core P&P processes (onboarding, performance cycles, compensation reviews) Support headcount planning, role mapping, and organisational design across CGA's global footprint Partner with the People team on systems, tooling, and automation to reduce manual work Run ad hoc analysis on anything from teacher utilisation to engagement survey results About you You could be a new grad or have 1-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or people analytics role (HR, consulting, or fast-growth tech a plus) Strong Excel, SQL and Google Sheets skills, comfort with working in ambiguity A structured thinker who can move from raw data to recommendation Excellent written communication and the ability to influence without authority High ownership, low ego, and a bias toward action Why us Mission-driven work with global impact Smart, ambitious colleagues who care about getting it right Real autonomy and the chance to shape how a fast-growing org operates
