OPERATIONS ANALYST:

On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for an Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

OPERATIONS ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketplace Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring client’s sellers fulfill our customer promise. In this role, you will establish business relationships with sellers, monitor their performance against key KPIs, and influence them to provide the best customer experience on Walmart.ca.

OPERATIONS ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years of vendor management required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence Sellers is required.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain, or eCommerce is strongly recommended.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make clear recommendations for improvement based on large amounts of data.

OPERATIONS ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with SQL.

• Build strong business and operations relationships with Marketplace sellers.
• Manage seller performance against key Marketplace KPIs.
• Manage seller performance review processes.
• Work with sellers to identify and resolve any issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Act as an escalation point for all customer inquiries/requests and work with sellers to ensure customers have a great experience online.
• Represent Marketplace as an operations subject matter expert in all eCommerce projects.
• Design and develop future Marketplace operations and fulfillment processes.
• Liaise with store teams to address and resolve opportunities related to Marketplace site-to-store shipments.
