Operations Analyst:
We’re expanding our team and actively seeking a talented individual to join the Operations team at Prospere. This position provides essential support for Transworld Business Advisors, Transworld Commercial Real Estate, and Exit Factor companies.
Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Analyst reports to the Operations Advisor and handles a variety of tasks across scheduling, administration, database management, and marketing, including:

  • Transworld Business Advisors, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), and Exit Factor Broker/Consultant Support: Provides training and troubleshooting assistance to brokers as needed. through the Help Desk Ticketing system as tasks are assigned for various support tasks
  • TBA Broker Support: Creates and reviews marketing materials for business listings; adds new listings to marketing sites and completes associated updates/removals; prepares reports as needed; completes other broker support/listing related tasks as assigned by Operations Manager and/or Leadership.
  • CRE Support: Designs listing brochures, proposals, and presentations; adds new listings to marketing sites; completes other broker support/listing related tasks as assigned by Operations Manager and/or Leadership.
  • Exit Factor Support: Assists with invoicing, management, and consultant support; completes other consultant support related tasks as assigned by Operations Manager and/or Leadership.
  • Database Management: Updates customer databases and maintains accurate records.
  • Schedules conference rooms.
  • Assists with onboarding/offboarding of agents/employees as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous administrative or marketing experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Proactive, driven, and committed to success with a competitive and opportunistic spirit.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot CRM, Zoom, and Slack, or possesses a strong aptitude for quickly learning new systems.
