Your tasks

• With your eye for detail, you control and monitor recorded booking processes, as well as their correct processing.
• You regularly reconcile internal and external nostro accounts, general ledger accounts and storage locations, and take care of resolving any discrepancies.
• You always keep track of fund distributions, liquidations, and mergers.
• Through close coordination with our finance department, you will support the preparation and follow-up of the monthly and annual financial statements.
• Your diligence benefits the administration and maintenance of our internal system tables for controlling production.
• You actively participate in accounting-related projects, support the creation of technical concepts, and conduct technical tests.

Your professional & personal profile

• You have completed (bank) commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have experience in reconciliation or accounting.
• You have good Excel skills and use them confidently for analysis and coordination.
• Your structured work style and strong affinity for numbers set you apart.
• As a team player, you enjoy working with different departments and taking on responsibility.
• You score points with very good German, both spoken and written – English skills are an advantage.
